Warranty Program

🔧 1. Products covered by the warranty: This warranty applies to all products purchased from wayfair-salestore.com (including but not limited to sofas, bed frames, dining tables, chairs, etc.). Accessories, decorative items or consumable items (e.g. lighting, cushions, rugs) are not included. Warranty period: 36 months (3 years) from the date of purchase. Covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. Covered issues:

Structural damage (e.g. broken frame, defective joints)

Material defects (e.g. cracking of leather, warping of wood)

Functional failure (e.g. malfunction of electric sofa mechanism)

❌ 2. Exclusions
Liability The warranty does not cover:

Accidental damage (e.g. impact, liquid spillage, pet damage)

Misuse or abuse (e.g. overloading, improper operation)

Unauthorized modifications or third-party repairs

Natural disasters (e.g. fire, flood) or force majeure

Normal wear and tear (e.g. wrinkling of leather, fading of fabric)

⚠️ 3. Important:
The warranty is not transferable (valid only to the original purchaser).

The product must be used as specified (e.g. indoor residential use only).

For issues not covered by the warranty, paid repair services are available.
